In this role, you will collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and recommend innovative solutions to meet their needs. You will play a crucial part in streamlining operations and ensuring successful project delivery.

This is a full-time position based at EB Pearls, where you will work closely with clients and third parties, requiring strong professional communication skills and a customer-focused approach.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements, ensuring they align with the business objectives and user needs.

Evaluate and analyze business processes, workflows, and procedures to identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements to streamline operations and enhance performance.

Demonstrate expertise in the Scrum framework by facilitating activities such as Backlog Refinement, Sprint Planning, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.

Propose and design optimal business practices, systems functionality, and workflows based on comprehensive evaluations of current processes and technologies.

Develop project plans using established project management methodologies, estimate resources and costs, allocate tasks, and manage projects effectively to ensure timely delivery.

Create, implement, and execute test plans for new systems and features, ensuring they meet the required functional and quality standards.

Develop user manuals, training documentation, and provide training sessions to ensure smooth user adoption and system understanding.

Write clear and concise functional specifications for development teams, ensuring alignment with business goals and project objectives.

Use data and process modeling techniques to define system specifications and guide the development of software solutions.

Act as the central point of reference, providing continuous guidance and support throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring communication between stakeholders and teams.

Work closely with UX/UI designers to ensure user-centric designs are in line with business objectives, bridging the gap between business requirements and design solutions.

Collaborate with the development team to ensure functional specifications translate into app features that align with both business needs and user expectations.

Collect, analyze, and document feedback from users and stakeholders to ensure ongoing improvements to the application, both in terms of functionality and usability.

Plan and coordinate usability testing sessions to gather insights and identify areas for improvement in the user experience of the app or product.

Assist in creating wireframes and prototypes by providing business context and ensuring the design meets both user needs and business objectives before development begins.

Skills and Experience:

To succeed in this role, you will need to demonstrate:

2+ years as an ICT Business Analyst or in a similar role, preferably within the app development or UX space.

A Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Information technology or a related field (or higher).

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on identifying business inefficiencies and developing innovative solutions to enhance business processes.

Proficiency in Jira, Coda, and HubSpot, with hands-on experience in project management and task tracking tools.

Expert ability to design and document system requirements, workflows, and UML diagrams, ensuring clear communication with developers and stakeholders.

Experience in conducting UX usability testing, identifying pain points, and providing actionable recommendations from a business analysis perspective.

Strong multitasking abilities, with experience working effectively in cross-functional teams across business, design, and development departments.

Self-motivation, autonomy, and the ability to take initiative, driving projects forward with minimal supervision.

Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex business concepts and technical details to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

A commitment to personal presentation and professionalism, with the ability to foster strong relationships with clients and team members, both in-person and in communication.
