Your new role

As the ICT Business Analyst, you will lead the initial discovery phase of a major systems transformation. Your primary responsibility will be to assess the current CRM environment and work with stakeholders across the business to define what the ideal future-state platform should look like - whether that's a CRM or an entirely different solution. This is a part-time position, working three days per week, with one of those days available for remote work.
You'll facilitate workshops, document current processes, identify gaps and inefficiencies, and consolidate business requirements into a clear, prioritised scope. Your work will directly inform the development of a business case and market engagement strategy.

What you'll need to succeed

To thrive in this role, you'll bring over five years of experience in business analysis or transformation roles, ideally involving system replacement or platform evaluation projects. You'll be confident engaging with senior stakeholders, translating complex needs into structured documentation, and challenging legacy processes to uncover opportunities for innovation. Experience preparing business cases and contributing to RFP development will be highly regarded, as will your ability to navigate ambiguity and competing priorities in a multi-unit environment.
