The role:
The Technical Business Analyst will support the ICT Infrastructure portfolio in delivery of upcoming projects including PC as a Service, Internet & Telephony as a Service and Cloud Services.

What you will be doing:

• Gather, document and validate technical and business requirements in line with organisational goals and compliance standards.
• Translate complex technical concepts into clear business outcomes for a wide range of stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Project Managers and cross-functional teams to assess risks, resolve issues and drive project success.
• Apply strategic thinking to influence solution design and decision-making across the infrastructure portfolio.

Essential experience:

• 8+ years' experience in Business Analyst roles.
• Experience in Telephony projects including induced company networks.
