We’re looking for someone with excellent communication skills, strong common sense, and a passion for problem-solving.

Responsibilities:

• System configuration – working with web snippets and feature setup
• Coordinating rollouts of functionality and processes across teams
• Collaborating with Tech, Sales, and Support teams to resolve issues
• UAT & PVT Testing – ensuring quality control and smooth functionality
• Data analysis and reporting to drive smarter decisions
• Gathering requirements, writing user stories, and creating documentation
• Reporting to internal teams and external partners for alignment

Requirements:

• 1+ year of industry experience
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong logical thinking and curiosity about technology
• Proactive and analytical mindset
• Must have PR minimum (Permanent Residency)
• Bonus if you have experience in Payments, Financial Services, SaaS or Product
