Your new role

We're seeking a detail-oriented Bookkeeper to join our small but efficient finance team on a temporary basis. The focus will be on Accounts Payable, with involvement in Payroll. This role is ideal for someone who is confident in using MYOB platforms, understands ERP systems, and can hit the ground running. The days of work will be Monday, Thursday & Friday.

What you'll need to succeed

• Manage weekly Accounts Payable payment runs
  
• Support fortnightly Payroll (eventual involvement expected)
  
• Work closely with the Payroll Officer and AR Officer
  
• Liaise with internal staff and external suppliers for AP matters
  
• Assist with job costing data based on teaching areas (5 subject streams)
  
• Ensure accurate entry and classification of transactions
  
• Help maintain compliance with employee awards and leave loading
