The Role:
We are seeking a proactive and meticulous Bookkeeper to join our finance team. You’ll manage end-to-end bookkeeping functions and provide essential administrative support.

Responsibilities:
• Maintain up-to-date financial records including AP/AR and bank reconciliations
• Process payroll, BAS, Superannuation, and EOFY statements
• Support overseas offices with system data entry
• Ensure compliance with tax and accounting regulations
• Respond to account-related customer queries
• Assist with monthly and quarterly financial reporting

Skills and Experience:
• Minimum 3+ years of experience as a Bookkeeper, ideally in a small business
• Strong grasp of accounting principles and financial practices
• Proficiency with accounting software, Business Central experience a plus
• Exceptional organisation, time management, and attention to detail
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
• Problem-solving mindset with a proactive attitude
