About the role
We’re looking for a strategic, operationally sharp leader to take ownership of our Agency Team, the team responsible for driving new business, nurturing high-value agency relationships, and delivering meaningful agency partnership opportunities.
This is a unique role for someone who thrives at the intersection of sales, client success, and process design. You’ll lead a high-performing team focused on growing our agency footprint globally, while helping us scale efficiently through systems, structure, and AI-led innovation.
What you'll be doing
Own and grow our agency channel, manage sales and account strategy across creative, media, and brand agencies.
Manage a portfolio of Tier 1 Agency accounts
Lead and scale a cross-functional team spanning new sales, account management, and partner enablement.
Design and implement smart operational processes to increase velocity, visibility, and value creation
Identify AI-driven tools and workflows that can boost team efficiency and improve the customer experience.
Collaborate with product, marketing and research to shape packages, features, resources and go-to-market strategies for the agency audience.
Build a repeatable model for partnerships and co-selling with agencies in key markets
What you bring:
7-10+ years in agency, SaaS, or insights leadership roles, ideally with sales or partnerships responsibility
Proven ability to lead high-performing commercial teams, with a bias for clarity, structure, and accountability
Strong operational instincts, you’re a process thinker who builds systems that scale
curiosity about the future - especially around AI, automation, and the evolving agency landscape
Deep empathy for creative professionals, you understand the pressures of agency life and how to add value fast
A collaborative, generous leadership style, you lift others, no ego, share credit, and care about the “how,” not just the “what”
