The Opportunity
Reporting to the Sales Director, you will own and expand a national portfolio of real‑estate agency clients. Your mission is to help agencies maximise buyer reach through HouGarden’s multilingual listing campaigns, programmatic advertising and data solutions—while consistently exceeding revenue targets and delivering exceptional client experience.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic business development – identify, pitch and close new partnerships with Sydney’s leading residential and project‑marketing agencies and developer groups.
End‑to‑end account ownership – run the full sales cycle from prospecting to contract, onboarding and renewal.
Client enablement & training – deliver best‑practice coaching on listing uploads, campaign optimisation, analytics and AI‑driven tools.
Executive relationship management – engage Directors, CEOs and Heads of Sales/Marketing through quarterly business reviews, performance insights and joint growth plans.
Revenue growth – drive upsells and cross‑sells by introducing new advertising formats, data products and market‑intelligence services.
Voice of the customer – channel feedback to product, engineering and marketing teams to inform continuous platform improvement.
Brand ambassador – represent HouGarden at industry conferences, REI events and networking functions across NSW (occasional interstate travel).
What You’ll Bring
5+ years’ success in senior account‑management or business‑development roles within property portals, prop‑tech, digital media or real‑estate agencies.
A track record of meeting or beating revenue targets and nurturing C‑suite relationships.
Outstanding communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
Strategic mindset with the ability to design long‑term growth plans for enterprise accounts.
High self‑motivation, organisation and resilience; comfortable with complex sales cycles.
Tech‑savvy—competent with CRMs (e.g. Salesforce) and digital‑marketing analytics.
Current Australian driver’s licence and willingness to travel when required.
