We’re looking for an Account & Project Lead who can champion client relationships, keep our projects running smoothly, and contribute to HubSpot support and Spinfluence marketing activities.
What You’ll Do:
Be the Client Champion: Serve as the primary point of contact for multiple clients, running weekly status calls, managing expectations, and ensuring they always feel heard. You’ll build trust by proactively surfacing opportunities (and potential issues) before they escalate.
Oversee Project Delivery: Translate signed proposals into crystal-clear roadmaps. You’ll coordinate timelines, budgets, and resources, assigning tasks to your team. Your goal: deliver on time, within scope, and well above high-quality standards.
HubSpot Support on Demand: As a HubSpot-savvy partner, we need someone who can answer basic HubSpot questions in real time, from workflow setup and reporting dashboards to form embeds and email automations. When more complex issues arise, you’ll know when to escalate to another team member or the Founder.
Maintain Process & Documentation: Own our living library of SOPs, templates, and playbooks—ensuring every team member and contractor follows the same proven steps. You’ll keep ClickUp meticulously up to date and send concise detailed weekly status reports to clients and internal stakeholders.
Contribute to Spinfluence Marketing: Pitch in on our own brand-building initiatives— including short videos or other forms of content.
Drive Continuous Improvement: Analyse project metrics and client feedback, then recommend process tweaks—whether it’s streamlining a QA checklist, refining an AI agent workflow, or proposing a new internal playbook.
Who We’re Looking For:
3–5+ years of agency-side account or project management experience, must be in a digital or HubSpot-centric environment.
Proven Relationship Builder: Demonstrated ability to grow and retain client accounts, with a proactive, solutions-focused mindset and a “no-ego” attitude.
HubSpot Comfort Level: Hands-on knowledge of HubSpot Marketing, Sales, or Service Hubs—comfortable troubleshooting workflows, basic custom objects, reporting, and CRM setup. HubSpot certifications are a plus.
Exceptional Communicator: Confident in presenting to clients (including C-suite stakeholders), translating technical metrics into plain language, and leading video calls without breaking a sweat.
Highly Organised & Detail-Oriented: You live for timelines, budgets, and checklists—ensuring nothing falls through the cracks. Familiarity with ClickUp, Google Workspace, OpenAI, Claude and basic Analytics reporting is essential.
Collaborative Team Player: With only a small team of people, we rely on each other. You’re eager to share knowledge, mentor teammates, and jump in when someone needs support.
Bonus Skills: Experience with light video scripting or on-camera work, familiarity with basic content creation (blogs, social), and a knack for process documentation.
