🔧About the Role:
As a Performance Executive, you’ll be responsible for the day-to-day execution, optimisation, and reporting of Paid Search and Paid Social campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, and TikTok. You’ll work alongside experienced performance marketers and gain hands-on exposure to campaign setup, data-driven optimisation, and strategic insights. This role is ideal for someone looking to build a strong foundation in digital media within a high-performing, supportive agency team.
📌 Key Responsibilities
Campaign Management & Performance Optimisation
Build, implement, and optimise Paid Search and Paid Social campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
Monitor daily performance, ensuring campaigns are pacing correctly and meeting KPIs such as CTR, CPA, ROAS, and Quality Score.
Execute A/B tests on creative, copy, audience segments, and bidding strategies to drive incremental performance.
Work with internal teams to ensure correct tagging, budget management, and campaign delivery against timelines.
Proactively troubleshoot issues with ad delivery, tracking, or performance across all platforms.
Reporting, Insights & Collaboration
Create weekly and monthly campaign reports and dashboards to track performance against benchmarks.
Analyse performance data to deliver actionable insights and recommendations to improve future results.
Collaborate with creative and strategy teams to align campaigns with audience and brand objectives.
Assist in preparing client-ready presentations, updates, and performance reviews.
Keep up to date with emerging trends, features, and innovations in Paid Media platforms.
🛠 Platform & Execution Skills required
Proficient in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
Familiarity with campaign management tools such as TikTok Ads Manager and Microsoft Ads is a plus.
Working knowledge of tracking and attribution tools such as Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, and UTM best practices.
Strong skills in Excel/Google Sheets for data manipulation and performance analysis.
Experience using Looker Studio or PowerPoint for reporting and storytelling.
📚 Experience required
1–2 years of hands-on experience in Paid Search and/or Paid Social, preferably within an agency environment.
Solid understanding of key digital metrics and performance marketing fundamentals.
Experience working across eCommerce, Retail, or Lead Gen clients is beneficial.
A proactive, detail-oriented mindset with the ability to manage multiple campaigns.
