🚀 About the Role
We’re looking for a smart and motivated Digital Marketing Coordinator to support the execution and optimisation of performance-driven campaigns across Programmatic, Paid Social, and Paid Search.
This is an incredible opportunity for someone early in their media career who wants exposure to the full paid media ecosystem. You’ll support campaign builds, manage performance reports, and learn from some of the best in the business. 📌 Key Responsibilities
1. Paid Media Support
Assist with campaign setup across Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok, and DV360
Coordinate creative assets, tracking, and audience targeting implementation
Support A/B testing, keyword updates, budget checks, and QA processes
Keep campaign documentation, calendars, and naming conventions organised
2. Performance Reporting
Pull performance reports and update dashboards using platform tools and Looker Studio
Track KPIs like CTR, CVR, ROAS, and CPM, and flag any unusual trends
Assist in preparing weekly reports and client presentations with insights
Help maintain pacing sheets and ensure budgets are on track
3. Team Collaboration & Learning
Work closely with Paid Media Managers, Programmatic Traders & Account Leads
Participate in brainstorming sessions for campaign strategies and creative ideas
Stay up to date with platform changes (Meta, Google, TikTok, DV360)
Attend internal learning sessions and get access to paid certifications
🧠 Key Skills
Interest in performance marketing and paid media strategy
Strong organisational skills and high attention to detail
Comfortable working with data, spreadsheets, and digital tools
Basic familiarity with Google Ads, Meta Ads, or DV360 is a plus
Excellent communication and time-management skills
Willingness to learn and take initiative in a fast-paced team
✅ Experience Requirements
6 months to 1 year of experience in a digital marketing or paid media coordination role
Exposure to paid media, either through work, internship, or coursework
Agency experience preferred, but not essential
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
🎓 Bonus if you have:
Experience working in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, or TikTok Ads
Familiarity with DV360, The Trade Desk, or programmatic platforms
Basic knowledge of GA4, GTM, or campaign tracking tools
Exposure to media buying tools, bid strategies, or audience segmentation
