The Role:

BFT is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Paid Media Specialist to join our Sales and Marketing team and drive global franchise sales growth. This is a critical role focused on bringing our paid media buying in-house and optimizing our strategies to achieve aggressive franchise expansion goals in Australia and internationally (Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, Malaysia, Hong Kong, Indonesia, United Kingdom, Europe).

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing and executing successful paid media campaigns, with a strong emphasis on lead generation and conversion within a franchise sales environment. You will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing paid media strategies across various platforms to attract and acquire new franchisees.

This is an exciting opportunity for a hard-working, dedicated, and experienced paid media specialist to take ownership of BFT's franchise sales paid media and build a high-performing in-house function.


What you’ll be doing:

Paid Media Strategy & Execution:

Develop and execute comprehensive paid media strategies to generate high-quality franchise leads across various digital channels (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads).

Manage the end-to-end process of paid media campaigns, including planning, setup, implementation, budgeting, monitoring, optimization, and reporting.

Bring paid media buying in-house, taking ownership of campaigns previously managed by external agencies.

Budget Management & Optimization:

Manage and allocate the paid media budget effectively to maximize ROI and achieve franchise sales targets.

Continuously monitor and optimize campaign performance, adjusting strategies and tactics to improve key metrics such as lead generation, conversion rates, and cost per acquisition.

Conduct A/B testing and experiment with different ad creatives, targeting options, and bidding strategies to identify best practices and drive performance improvements.

Data Analysis & Reporting:

Track, analyze, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for all paid media campaigns.

Provide regular insights and recommendations based on data analysis to optimize campaign performance and inform future strategies.

Prepare and present reports to stakeholders, summarizing campaign results, achievements, and challenges.

Collaboration & Communication:

Collaborate closely with the marketing, sales, and operations teams to align paid media efforts with overall business objectives.

Serve as the primary point of contact for all paid media-related activities, providing regular updates and communicating effectively with internal stakeholders.

Organise and participate in meetings to discuss campaign performance, share insights, and brainstorm new ideas.

To succeed in this role, you will have:

Minimum of 3+ years of experience in paid media management, with a focus on lead generation and conversion.

Proven track record of managing and executing successful paid media campaigns, preferably within a franchise sales or similar environment, ideally with international experience

Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and best practices.

Proficiency in using paid media platforms and tools (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager).

Excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive decision-making.

Strong budget management and optimization skills.

Exceptional time management skills, with the ability to successfully manage multiple projects simultaneously.
