🚀 About the Role

We’re looking for a strategic, Senior Performance Manager with deep expertise in Paid Search, Paid Social, and performance-led media. You'll drive high-impact digital campaigns from end-to-end and play a key role in mentoring junior talent, leading client conversations, and elevating media performance across a diverse portfolio.

📌 Key Responsibilities

1. Campaign Management

Build and manage advanced campaign structures across Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, and Microsoft Ads

Drive campaign optimisation using a combination of automation, creative testing, and audience insights

Lead technical setups, including conversion tracking (GA4, Meta Pixel, GTM) and attribution frameworks

Regularly audit accounts to ensure best practices, quality scores, and platform health are optimised

2. Leadership & Strategy

Lead integrated performance strategies across Paid Search, Paid Social, and emerging channels (YouTube, Reddit, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.)

Own media planning and forecasting, aligned with broader business objectives (CPA, ROAS, LTV, etc.)

Mentor and develop junior performance specialists; contribute to team training and development initiatives

Act as a strategic advisor to clients, proactively identifying performance opportunities and digital growth levers

3. Client Management & Reporting

Present media strategy, performance reports, and growth plans directly to clients and senior stakeholders

Translate complex metrics (e.g. incrementality, LTV: CPA, blended ROAS) into actionable insights

Work cross-functionally with creative, analytics, and SEO teams to unify media efforts and campaign messaging

Own reporting dashboards using tools like Looker Studio, GA4, and platform APIs

🧠 Key Skills

Advanced Google Ads & Meta Ads proficiency (Search, Display, Shopping, Video, Advantage+)

Hands-on with TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and experience testing emerging ad platforms

Skilled in GA4, Google Tag Manager, conversion tracking, and event-based measurement

Strong analytical skills across Excel/Sheets (pivot tables, advanced formulas) and data visualisation platforms

Confident presenting to senior executives and leading strategic discussions

✅ Experience Requirements

5+ years in performance media roles (agency or client-side), with hands-on execution and strategic oversight

Proven track record managing large-scale budgets ($250K–$ 1 M+ monthly) and improving ROAS and CPA

Strong experience with funnel-based marketing strategies, audience segmentation, and CRO best practices

History of mentoring team members, contributing to business growth, and leading multi-channel campaigns

🎓 Bonus if you have:

Google Ads, DV360, or Campaign Manager certifications

Meta Blueprint Certifications (Media Buying or Performance Marketing)

Experience with feed-based marketing (e.g. Shopping, Dynamic Ads)

Exposure to marketing mix modelling, incrementality testing, or MMM tools
