Power Reinforcement is a rapidly expanding construction company. We are looking for an Office Manager with experience working in the construction industry to join our team. The ideal candidate will also have a background in bookkeeping/payroll and will run our day to day administrative and financial operations.
Your role will include:
All day to day administrative functions of a busy civil construction company
Travel and accommodation bookings
Ensuring employee records are up to date
Invoicing
Accounts payable and receivable
Payroll and timesheet management
Keeping up to date on insurances and work cover
Diary management
Requirements
At least 3 years experience in an office management role
Experience in payroll/bookkeeping
Experience working in the construction industry is highly desirable
Exceptional communication skills and attention to detail
Be proficient in Microsoft office
