Office Manager & Operations Coordinator
North Shore | Boutique Engineering Consultancy | $80-$100K + super per year

Are you a proactive multitasker with great communication and problem-solving skills? Looking for a new role with purpose, variety, and autonomy?
This highly regarded, boutique engineering and project management consultancy services the construction industry across Sydney. Based on the North Shore with easy parking and a 10–15-minute walk to the station, they offer a relaxed culture, meaningful work, and regular team events.

Your Key Responsibilities
General office management (phones, supplies, reception)
Oversee office functions like insurance and supplier agreements
PA support to the Managing Director
Primary Liaison between staff, MD, and Finance Director
IT coordination—user setup, software, subscriptions
Track timesheets and manage leave requests
Assist with fee proposals and monitor progress using Total Synergy
Prepare and send invoices, follow up on payments
Maintain client database
Assist with marketing: Capability Statement, LinkedIn, website
Coordinate training, inhouse lunch and learns, external seminars and professional development courses.
Organise company events (charity, social, team days)
What You’ll Bring
Extensive administrative experience
Excellent interpersonal and multitasking skills
Strong time management and attention to detail
Creative problem-solving ability
Proficiency in MS Office 365 and MYOB
Bookkeeping knowledge
Self motivation and ability to work with minimal supervision
Experience working with Total Synergy (an advantage)
Experience in the engineering/construction industry (an advantage)
Knowledge of the Design & Building Practitioners Act (NSW) (an advantage)
