Our client, a well-established accounting firm located in St Kilda, is seeking a proactive and organised Administration Assistant to join their supportive and professional team.
Key Responsibilities:
Scanning and managing both physical and electronic documents
Registering, filing, and securely storing documentation
Coordinating ShredX bin collections
Providing administrative support to the broader team
Assisting with reception duties as required
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Tech-savvy and confident in learning new systems and software
Prior experience in a professional services environment (ideally accounting or legal)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent time management and organisational skills
A team-oriented mindset with a proactive, can-do attitude
