About the Role

This is a dynamic, multi-faceted position is ideal for someone who enjoys variety in their day and thrives in a supportive, community-focused environment.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

💬 Reception & Customer Service: Greet members with a smile, manage check-ins, answer calls, enquiries and complete general administration duties.

💡 Sales & Memberships: Guide potential members through tours, explain membership options, and help them choose the best fit. Generate leads in our local community.

📱 Social Media & Marketing Support: Assist with content creation, schedule posts, engage with followers, and promote club events in club and the community.

🧹 General Duties: Keep the space tidy, assist with general cleaning and help set up for classes, and ensure a welcoming environment.

We’re Looking For Someone Who:

Loves working with people and has a positive, can-do attitude.

Has experience in customer service, sales, & social media.

Is organised, reliable, and confident using basic computer systems.

Is passionate about fitness and supporting women with their wellness journeys.

Is available for flexible shifts, including some evenings and Saturdays.

Is passionate about fitness and ideally has a Certificate III in Fitness or is willing to obtain.
