Here at Camp Hill Physiotherapy & Exercise Centre, we are wanting you to join our team as a casual/part time receptionist!

We are a friendly family-owned clinic with a close knit team of physiotherapists, exercise physiologist, remedial massage practitioners, pilates instructors and dietitian. We have a strong belief in excellent client care and are all here to support each other.

As our receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for everyone. Your role is critical in creating a positive first impression and client experience. We place a high regard on delivering the utmost care to each and every client.

About you:

Deliver a high level of customer service, always friendly and willing to help everyone

Excellent communications skills, verbal and written

Able to multitask

Reliable, able to work autonomously and collaboratively

Facilitate and support the clinic’s growth, performance and team culture

Uphold our well-respected reputation and values as a clinic that looks after everyone and provides a supportive environment

Key responsibilities:

Assist everyone through their whole client journey

Manage the clinic diary

Process payments, including third parties

Maintain reception and clinic areas

Monitor stock levels and clinic requirements

General adminsitrative duties (e.g. emails, filing)

Other administrative tasks as directed
