We’re searching for a dynamic Venue Manager / Head Sommelier to lead the front-of-house team and oversee the beverage program of an exciting new hospitality concept launching in the heart of Sydney’s CBD.

This brand-new European-inspired venue combines a refined restaurant, a high-quality grab & go café, and tailored corporate catering – all within a beautifully designed space inside a landmark commercial building serving over 5,000 tenants daily.

You:

· • Are an experienced venue manager or sommelier with a strong background in premium or hatted establishments

· • Have a deep passion for wine, with WSET qualifications or equivalent, and strong cellar knowledge

· • Understand European wine regions and varieties, and enjoy creating thoughtful, balanced wine lists

· • Can manage day-to-day operations, team training, service standards, and floor leadership

· • Are confident working across restaurant service, quick-service café, and corporate catering environments

· • Bring a positive, energetic, and solutions-driven approach – you're a leader who leads by example

· • Are ready to be part of an ambitious opening that will make a mark on the Sydney CBD dining scene
