We’re on the hunt for an experienced full-time Venue Manager to lead the team at Bucketty’s Brewery in Brookvale. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who’s passionate about beer, creating exceptional customer experiences, and building a positive team culture.

About Us

Bucketty’s is an independent, family-owned brewery thriving in Brookvale. We brew award-winning beer, serve it fresh over 16 taps and host live music Wednesday to Sunday. We have a food truck, fun events throughout the year, and private functions. We’re all about genuine hospitality, good vibes, and a love of local.

The Role

As Venue Manager, you’ll be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the venue, including:

· Leading and motivating the team to deliver outstanding service

· Managing rosters, labour costs, and budgets

· Overseeing stock control and supplier relationships

· Collaborating with the brewery and kitchen teams to ensure seamless operations

· Overseeing the overall presentation and cleanliness of the venue

· Recruitment, onboarding and reviews for venue staff

· Driving functions, bookings, and events

· Ensuring compliance with RSA, health & safety, and licensing requirements

· Creating a warm, welcoming and safe environment for staff and patrons alike

About You

We’re looking for someone who is:

· A confident leader with a minimum of 2+ years in a Venue Management role

· Passionate about craft beer and community

· Highly organised with strong communication and people skills

· Financially savvy and confident with budgets, ordering, and rostering

· Solutions-focused with a cool head under pressure

· RSA certified (and ideally First Aid)

· Experience in brewery venues, function management or bar operations

· Available to work Wednesday – Sunday including evenings
