Our client is a rapidly growing commercial fit-out and refurbishment business specialising in Aged Care, Health, Education and Hospitality sectors.

With a strong pipeline of repeat clients and a reputation built on quality, integrity, and performance, they are now seeking a driven and motivated Project Manager to join their growing team.

The Role:

This is a hands-on project delivery role where you’ll manage fit-out and refurbishment projects from pre-construction through to handover. You’ll work directly with the company Director in a flat management structure, giving you autonomy, trust, and the opportunity to influence how projects are delivered.

Oversee project planning, programming, and delivery from start to finish

Coordinate trades, subcontractors, suppliers, and consultants

Liaise with clients, ensuring clear communication and strong relationships

Monitor project budgets, timelines, and WHS compliance

Attend site regularly and problem-solve issues proactively

Maintain high standards of quality, safety, and professionalism

What we're looking for:

Proven experience delivering commercial fit-out/refurbishment projects either in a project management capacity or a CA/Junior PM wanting to take the next step in their career.

Strong communication, negotiation, and client-facing skills

Highly motivated and able to manage multiple priorities

Proficient with construction software and reporting tools

White Card and valid driver's licence essential
