We are seeking a motivated and experienced Project Manager to oversee the delivery of internal commercial glazing projects from start to finish. This role involves coordinating all aspects of project execution, including procurement, scheduling, subcontractor management, and on-site supervision. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in commercial glazing or fit-out projects, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects within time, cost, and quality constraints. You will play a key role in ensuring our glazing solutions are delivered safely, efficiently, and to the highest industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage multiple commercial fit-out projects simultaneously.

Coordinate procurement of glass, aluminium, hardware, and accessories.

Develop project programs, schedules, and progress tracking.

Review and interpret architectural and shop drawings.

Liaise with clients, site supervisors, installers, and suppliers.

Conduct regular site inspections to monitor safety, quality, and progress.

Prepare and manage project documentation including RFIs, variations, and progress claims.

Ensure all works comply with industry standards (AS1288, NCC, etc.) and safety regulations.

Proactively identify and mitigate project risks and delays.

Lead handovers and close-out processes, including defect management.

Qualifications & Experience:

Minimum 3 years’ experience in project management within the construction or glazing industry.

Strong knowledge of internal commercial glazing systems (frameless, aluminium-framed, switchable glass, etc.).

Understanding of Australian Standards and NCC relating to glass and glazing.

Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills.

Ability to read and interpret architectural and structural drawings.

Proficient in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Aconex, Procore, or similar).

White Card (Construction Induction); other site-specific tickets desirable.

Trade background or tertiary qualification in Construction Management or related field (preferred but not essential).
