Key Responsibilities:

• Provide warm and attentive service to guests, ensuring their complete satisfaction from the moment they arrive to the moment they depart
• Possess a deep understanding of our menu, ingredients, and preparation methods, expertly guiding guests through their culinary journey
• Demonstrate exceptional wine knowledge, confidently offering recommendations and pairings to enhance the dining experience
• Lead, train, and mentor junior waitstaff, fostering a cohesive and high-performing team
• Anticipate guest needs, proactively addressing any requests or concerns with grace and professionalism
• Maintain a meticulous and organized approach to service, ensuring seamless execution even during peak hours
• Collaborate closely with the kitchen team to ensure timely and accurate delivery of dishes
• Actively contribute to the vibrant atmosphere of Bistro Terroir, creating a welcoming and memorable dining experience for all

Qualifications and Skills:

• Minimum of 3 years' experience in a fine dining or upscale bistro setting
• Proven track record of providing exceptional guest service
• Extensive wine knowledge, with a passion for sharing that knowledge with guests
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
• Impeccable attention to detail and a commitment to excellence in all aspects of service
• Ability to work effectively under pressure while maintaining a calm and composed demeanor
• A genuine passion for hospitality and a desire to create memorable experiences for guests.
