We are on the lookout for a senior hospitality professional to join our FOH team for an immediate start. This is a hands-on role with a regular section and bar shifts, so you'll need to be able to hustle. We offer a diverse range of wines, from the classics to the contemporary, providing a democratic drinking environment that rises to whatever the occasion happens to be. Candidates must regularly drink a broad variety of wine and show a genuine interest in wine culture.

The ideal candidate will have

Proven experience in a similar role at a venue of equal calibre

An outgoing personality with a genuine appreciation for service and hospitality

Knowledge of classic and contemporary wines, with a focus on Australia, France and Italy in particular, professional qualification such as WSET or equivalent a bonus

Ability to time-manage across the various demands of the role in a fast paced environment

Flexibility with working hours as the venue trades 7 days and evenings
