What You’ll Be Doing

End-to-end video production, from concept and scripting through to editing and posting.

Creating content that aligns with brand tone, audience goals, and platform best practices.

Using performance data to understand what worked, what didn’t, and what’s next.

Planning content in advance, while jumping on trends and pop culture moments in real-time.

Keeping up with the latest social algorithms, trends, tools, and platform updates.

Regularly analysing competitors and social trends to shape strategy.

Using tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, Photoshop, Canva or Figma to bring ideas to life.

You’ll Stand Out If You:

Can appear on camera (and actually enjoy it).

Have a meme folder you consider a creative asset?

You’re Probably:

A content creator with 3+ years of experience.

Obsessed with social media in a strategic, not just scroll-y, kind of way.

Able to explain the why behind every post, edit and caption.

Comfortable across TikTok, Instagram and Meta, with proven growth results.

Organised, proactive, collaborative, and emotionally intelligent.
