Responsibilities for this role include:

· Taking charge of mechanical design drafting for project engineering tasks

· The opportunity to lead a small team or be an essential part of larger team projects

· Collaborating closely with Internal divisions, Site teams, Builders, government departments, and stakeholders

· Engaging in a wide range of bespoke projects, including green field and brown field ventures.

Qualifications and skills required:

· Minimum of 5+ years as Design Drafter in Commercial HVAC sector

· Proven experience in HVAC Ducting, Piping & Mechanical Design Drafting

· Demonstrated adaptability and creativity in designing bespoke HVAC

· Strong technical knowledge and proficiency in AutoCad & Revit

· Self-motivated problem solver with excellent time management skills and attention to detail

· Effective written and verbal communication abilities

· Comfortable engaging with Internal divisions and external project contractors to provide solutions for challenging engineering design drafting problems.
