You must have a minimum of 3 years’ experience in digital marketing project management. Ideally, you’ve worked in an agency environment where you’ve led multiple projects and teams to success.

Duties and Responsibilities

As our Digital Project Manager, you’ll take ownership of the delivery and execution of high-impact digital marketing campaigns and team collaboration. Your responsibilities will include:

Leading Cross-Functional Marketing Teams:
You’ll coordinate, guide, and inspire our in-house marketing team of graphic designers, copywriters, media buyers, and content creators ensuring every project is on track and aligned with business objectives.

Managing External Specialists:
You’ll oversee our offsite consultants (e.g., Copywriters, video editors, ad specialists), managing timelines, deliverables, and ensuring quality control while fostering clear communication and accountability.

Driving Strategy From Concept to Completion:
In partnership with the Chief Operations Officer, you’ll take strategy from idea through to implementation by breaking down campaign goals into actionable steps and leading the team through execution.

Owning the Campaign Calendar:
You’ll manage and enforce campaign timelines across channels (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and email), ensuring assets are created, reviewed, tested, and launched on time with zero dropped balls.

Managing Funnel Builds & Campaign Optimisation:
You’ll lead the build and rollout of marketing funnels across lead magnets, webinars, sales pages, and landing pages continually testing, analysing, and optimising each step to improve conversions and performance.

Monitoring and Optimising Performance:
You’ll track progress against KPIs, surface roadblocks early, and help optimise campaigns based on data and feedback to ensure we’re always improving and hitting targets.

Systemising for Scale:
You’ll constantly be identifying opportunities to streamline workflows, automate processes, and implement tools that boost productivity and keep everyone accountable.
