Digital Marketing Account Manager (Remote-Friendly | Australia-Based)

CJ Digital is on the lookout for a seasoned Digital Marketing Account Manager who thrives on meaningful conversations and brings serious marketing chops to the table.

This is a client-facing role where you'll be the bridge between our clients, internal teams, and campaign success. We're looking for someone who’s confident on the phone and over video, and who truly understands the value of relationships in business.

💼 What You’ll Be Doing:

Building and maintaining strong relationships with our valued clients

Regularly engaging in phone and video calls to guide clients through their marketing journey

Liaising with internal teams to ensure campaigns are running smoothly and on track

Providing high-level support across SEO, Google Ads, Google Business Profile, and Social Media Advertising campaigns

Handling occasional hands-on marketing tasks and campaign adjustments

Keeping our internal systems and CRM updated with the latest client info and project status

🏠 Work Where You Work Best:

This is a remote-first role, but you're always welcome at our office. We also catch up in person as a team once a quarter for both business and social reasons. While rare, you may be asked to come into the office from time to time.

✅ What We’re Looking For:

10+ years of experience in customer service

5+ years of proven experience in digital marketing

Strong understanding of SEO, Google Ads, GBP, and paid social media

Excellent communication skills — you're confident, warm, and clear

Ability to proactively manage client accounts and nurture ongoing relationships

Familiarity with CRM and internal workflow systems
