We’re now hiring a Digital Marketing Manager to lead and scale our digital strategy, campaign performance, and brand visibility across paid, organic, and partner ecosystems.
🎯 Your Mission
As Digital Marketing Manager, you will lead cross-channel marketing execution and growth strategy to drive leads, conversions, and brand engagement. You'll collaborate with internal teams and external partners to own performance marketing, funnel development, and top-of-funnel audience expansion.
This role blends strategy with hands-on execution and will see you owning paid and organic growth, while coordinating with creators, affiliates, and strategic partners.
📌 Key Responsibilities
🔥 Performance & Growth
Execute lead generation campaigns for both paid and organic channels (webinars, lead magnets, email funnels, etc.)
Lead SEO, SEM, and CRO strategy to grow qualified organic traffic and improve funnel performance
Plan, launch, and scale paid campaigns across Meta, Google, YouTube, TikTok, and emerging platforms
Own performance-driven marketing strategy with a core focus on revenue growth, ROAS, and LTV
Build and manage funnels across lead generation, retargeting, and conversion stages to maximize sales performance
Lead A/B testing and iterative optimization to improve cost per acquisition and increase customer value
Develop dynamic campaign strategies to drive monthly and quarterly revenue targets
📈 Organic & Content Marketing
Develop and implement content strategies across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube
Grow top-of-funnel reach and engagement through high-quality, consistent organic content
Own and execute the social media content calendar in collaboration with the team
Analyze platform insights to optimize content types, posting cadence, and audience engagement
🤝 Partner & Third-Party Coordination
Manage marketing deliverables and co-branded content with affiliates, podcast guests, creators, and media partners
Coordinate cross-promotions and campaign integration across third-party platforms
Align timelines, assets, and messaging with internal and external stakeholders for joint marketing initiatives
📊 Analytics & Strategy
Monitor and report on performance KPIs including ROAS, CAC, CVR, organic growth, and campaign revenue contribution
Create and manage dashboards to give leadership team visibility into performance and opportunities
Identify marketing gaps and lead innovation across channels and tactics
🧠 What You Bring
3–5+ years in digital or performance marketing, ideally with revenue ownership
Demonstrated success scaling digital campaigns and directly driving revenue growth
Advanced knowledge of Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, Google Ads, GA4, HubSpot, and email platforms like Klaviyo
Strong analytical skills with a test-and-learn mindset
Excellent communication and collaboration skills—especially when coordinating with partners
Strong grasp of social-first storytelling, copywriting, and platform-native content formats
Excellent project management and communication skills, especially when juggling partner campaigns
Passion for fitness, health, and purpose-driven brands
