Business Development Manager – Smart & Skilled Traineeships
Are you a driven and experienced business development professional with a strong understanding of Smart and Skilled funding and connections in aged care, disability support or WHS?

We’re recruiting a Business Development Manager for a fast-growing RTO focused on delivering high-quality, government-funded training. In this pivotal role, you’ll take the lead on employer engagement, drive traineeship commencements, and generate revenue through part-qualification delivery.

Your Mission:

Build and manage employer relationships to secure traineeship commencements (target: 160 per year)

Promote qualifications in Aged Care, Disability, Individual Support and Workplace Safety

Drive $160K+ in annual part-qualification revenue

Ensure full Smart and Skilled funding compliance

Use HubSpot CRM to track leads, conversions, and performance

What You Bring:

Proven experience in RTO business development or employment services

Deep knowledge of Smart and Skilled funding requirements

Strong industry connections, particularly in aged care or WHS

Exceptional communication, negotiation, and compliance acumen
