ABOUT THE ROLE
We’re hiring a Business Development Manager to take ownership of a high-potential territory across Sydney.
You’ll be:
Working from home 4 days a week (Off course on the road most of the time)
At Head Office in the Sutherland Shire every Friday
In the field meeting prospects, solving problems, and closing business
You’ll report to a supportive National Sales Manager and join a team that values innovation, drive, and genuine client care.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
Securing new business in the hospitality sectors
Meeting and exceeding monthly sales targets
Conducting face-to-face client meetings across your region
Building long-term partnerships through solution-based selling
Maintaining accurate activity through CRM systems
Owning your territory like it’s your own business
YOU’LL THRIVE IN THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE:
At least 3 years of B2B field sales experience
A proven ability to win new business from cold leads
Strong verbal communication and presentation skills
Confidence in selling premium solutions over price
A high level of self-motivation and organisation
Tech skills – you’re comfortable with CRM tools and email follow-up
A current driver’s licence
