We are a leading NDIS disability provider and are currently on the lookout for a dedicated individual to fill the Business Development Manager position within our team. Preferred some with experience working min 3-5 years.

Are you a passionate and driven professional with a strong understanding of the NDIS landscape? We are seeking a results-oriented Business Development Manager to lead growth initiatives within our NDIS division. In this role, you will identify new opportunities, build relationships with referral partners, and drive strategic partnerships to expand our participant base and enhance service delivery.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, business development, or relationship management within the disability or community services sector, and a solid understanding of NDIS processes and compliance.

The successful candidate will be entrusted with various responsibilities, including managing all our social media platforms and attending events on our behalf. We believe this role offers a great opportunity to contribute meaningfully to our team and the wider community we serve.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement strategies to grow the NDIS client base

Build and maintain strong relationships with referrers, support coordinators, and community networks

Identify and secure new business opportunities aligned with service capacity

Represent the brand at industry events, expos, and networking functions

Work collaboratively with operations and service teams to ensure high-quality support delivery.
