As a Junior Sales Administrator in the signage industry, it would be expected that you will handle basic administrative tasks to support the sales team, focusing on areas like preparing quotes and associated artwork, order processing, maintaining sales records, and client support.

Key Responsibilities:

Estimating support: Reviewing various customer requests and preparing cost estimates.

Order Processing: Managing and processing customer orders, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.

Client Support: Providing basic support to clients, answering inquiries, and resolving minor issues.

Design and Production Support: Helping with the creation of signage designs, sourcing materials, and coordinating production.

Communication: Communicating with clients, internal teams, and suppliers via email, phone, or other means.

Administrative Tasks: Assist with project management, organising installations and invoice preparation.

Skills and Qualifications:

Strong Administrative Skills: Organised, detail-oriented, and proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Communication Skills: Friendly, with verbal communication skills in English and the ability to interact professionally with clients and colleagues.

Digital Imagery Skills: Ability to design artwork using Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Illustrator.
