The Full-Time position on offer is a Hybrid role consisting of assisting our Property Manager in the Rentals Dept plus assisting the Director in the Sales Dept.

Sales experience isn’t essential but a background in Property Management will be required to fulfil this role.

- Entry/Exit Reports
- Routines
- Opens/Private Appts
- Attend Photo Shoots
- Lease Renewals/Rent Increases
- Process Applications
- Compliance
- Prepare Authorities

Sales
- Opens/Private Appts
- Final Inspections
- Prospecting
- Attend Photo Shoots
- Meet Bank Valuers
