Job Description

In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for our guests - handling reservations with accuracy and providing information that ensures every stay starts smoothly. You'll also support sales efforts through upselling and pro-active communication.

Your duties will include:

Responding promptly to incoming reservation inquiries via phone, email, and online platforms

Accurately entering reservations into the PMS (Opera Cloud experience desirable)

Promoting and upselling accommodation and packages to maximise revenue

Liaising with other hotel departments to ensure seamless guest experiences

Providing warm, professional, and personalised service aligned with hotel standards

Maintaining accurate guest profiles and ensuring all special requests are met

Qualifications

Your skills and experience will include:

Previous experience in reservations, front office, or a customer service-related role

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong attention to detail and time management

Confidence with hotel reservation systems (ResaWeb, Opera, Opera cloud or similar)

Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team

Availability to work across a rotating roster
