About The Company

Our client is a leading new home builder with a national presence and an excellent reputation in QLDs housing industry. They have always been a quality and customer focused builder with a reputation for having a very low staff turnover and an environment where people want to come to work every day! They promote from within and like to train people from ground level up.

About The Position

Currently an opportunity has presented for a Presite Customer Service Administrator to join their team! Responsibilities will include:

Nurture between 30-40 client files concurrently

Monitor permits and building applications to certifier

Raising and counter signing contracts

Schedule selections appointments

Updating clients through the presite building phase

Skills and Experience

Our ideal candidate would demonstrate the following:

Minimum 2 years project home builder customer service experience working for a retail home builder

Experience in a high volume customer service role within the building industry

Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills

Exceptional organisation and time management skills

Ability to work with Customers, trades and Supervisors

Able to work under pressure
