With a strong reputation and long-standing customer relationships, we’re now looking for a confident and capable Customer Service & Administration Officer to join our team in Coopers Plains.

As a key point of contact for our customers, you’ll play a central role in day-to-day operations—from handling enquiries and processing orders, to assisting with social media and basic bookkeeping. You’ll be supported with a thorough handover and welcomed into a small, supportive team environment.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

Answer incoming calls, emails, and greet occasional walk-in customers

Process customer orders and generate invoices using internal systems

Respond to customer queries and concerns with professionalism and care

Liaise with the sales team to ensure smooth customer service delivery

Maintain and oversee our small on-site shopfront

Manage content scheduling and basic engagement across social media platforms

Support general bookkeeping tasks including data entry and reconciliations

🔹 What You’ll Bring

Experience in a customer service or admin role (ideally in a small business or product-based setting)

Great communication skills—both written and verbal

Comfortable with accounting and CRM software (Xero, MYOB, QuickBooks or similar)

Familiarity with social media management tools and posting schedules

High level of accuracy, initiative, and a willingness to pitch in across tasks

A positive, team-oriented attitude
