At The Foot Clinic, we’re more than a Podiatry practice — we help people move better, feel stronger, and live more fully. Right now, we’re looking for a Front Office Administrator who fits our family photo — someone local, confident, quick to learn, and truly passionate about helping others.

This role has a clear pathway to Practice Manager for the right long-term team member.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Creating a warm, welcoming first impression in person and over the phone

Managing appointments, communication, and daily admin with precision and care

Supporting our podiatrists and wider team to ensure smooth clinic flow

Making sure every patient feels like they’re in exactly the right place

Contributing to a warm, positive, and uplifting clinic environment
