We are looking for an experienced, passionate, and driven Marketing Manager to join our team.

The Role:

Strategy & Planning

Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with business goals.

Identify target audiences, positioning strategies, and key marketing channels.

Digital Marketing

Manage SEO/SEM, email marketing, PPC, display advertising, and social media marketing.

Analyze and optimize campaigns for performance and ROI.

Content Marketing

Create and manage content calendars.

Write, edit, and oversee production of blogs, whitepapers, email campaigns, case studies, and website copy.

Brand Management

Ensure brand consistency across all channels.

Oversee visual and messaging guidelines, including tone of voice and brand identity.

Lead Generation & CRM

Plan and execute campaigns to generate qualified leads.

Manage lead nurturing workflows and monitor conversion rates through CRM tools.

Analytics & Reporting

Track and report key metrics to evaluate marketing effectiveness.

Use data to refine strategies and improve performance.

Event & Partnership Marketing (as needed)

Plan and coordinate webinars, trade shows, or partnership activities.

Stakeholder Coordination

Collaborate with sales, product, and leadership teams to align marketing efforts with company objectives.

Qualifications:

More than 3 years of hands-on marketing experience, preferably in B2C environment.

Proven track record managing full-funnel marketing campaigns independently.

Proficiency in tools such as Google Analytics, HubSpot, Mailchimp, SEMrush, Canva, or Adobe Suite.

Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills.

Ability to balance strategic thinking with tactical execution.

Self-driven, highly organized, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
