Your Responsibilities Will Include:

Preparing and cooking a variety of Indian dishes including curries, biryanis, tandoori specialties, breads, and vegetarian meals

Maintaining high standards of food quality, hygiene, and presentation

Managing stock levels, ordering supplies, and minimising waste

Assisting with menu design and seasonal dish development

Training and supervising junior kitchen staff

Ensuring compliance with food safety and OH&S requirements

What We’re Looking For:

At least 1 year of relevant experience working as a Chef (preferably in Indian cuisine)

A Certificate III or higher qualification in Commercial Cookery or equivalent

Solid understanding of Indian cooking methods, spices, and ingredients

Ability to perform under pressure in a busy kitchen setting

Strong communication skills and team-oriented attitude

Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends and public holidays
