About the role:
This is a dynamic, people-focused position that combines front desk responsibilities with patient coordination and sales support. You’ll be the first point of contact for new and existing patients — both in person and online — so warmth, confidence, and professionalism are essential.
Your key responsibilities will include:
Managing day-to-day admin tasks: scheduling appointments, processing payments, responding to emails, and completing financial paperwork accurately
Responding to new enquiries (online and phone), guiding patients through the consultation process, and ensuring every interaction is welcoming and informative
Providing exceptional patient experiences during consultations and follow-ups, and helping patients understand their treatment options
Managing patient leads and workflows to ensure no one falls through the cracks
Confidently discussing pricing and encouraging patients to take the next step in their treatment journey
Attention to detail, strong communication, and excellent time management are essential to succeed in this role. Experience in dental or healthcare is a bonus, but not required — we’re happy to train the right person with a great attitude and willingness to learn.
