About the Role

We’re seeking a warm, organised, and capable Client Care Coordinator to be the friendly face and voice of our Plainland clinic. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys helping people, thrives on variety, and is comfortable taking ownership of front-of-house operations.

You’ll be responsible for managing the front desk, answering calls, supporting audiologists, coordinating appointments, and ensuring our clients feel genuinely cared for.

Key Responsibilities

Welcome clients with warmth and professionalism

Manage phone and email enquiries

Schedule and confirm appointments

Reach out to existing clients and new leads via phone

Maintain accurate client records and data entry

Assist with client paperwork, payments, and claiming processes

Coordinate hearing aid repairs, orders, and tracking

Support clinicians by preparing rooms, organising files, and communicating appointment needs

Maintain clinic tidiness and uphold infection control standards

Contribute to a positive, respectful, and team-oriented workplace culture
