About the role

Join the team at Rise Orthodontics' as a Treatment Coordinator / Receptionist. This is a casual role ( 2-3 days a week) based in Robina, Queensland, where you will play a vital part in providing exceptional patient care and supporting the smooth running of our busy orthodontic practice.

What you'll be doing

Welcoming patients and visitors to the practice with a friendly and professional demeanor

Scheduling and managing patient appointments with care and efficiency

Handling patient enquiries and providing information about orthodontic treatments

Assisting with the preparation of patient records and treatment plans

Coordinating patient referrals and communication with other healthcare providers

Providing administrative support to the clinical team as needed

What we're looking for

Proven experience in a customer service, administrative or healthcare environment

Minimum 2 years' experience in a Treatment Coordinator role

Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with patients

Excellent organisational and time management skills

Proficiency in using computer systems and medical/dental software

A passion for delivering outstanding patient care and supporting the clinical team

A friendly, professional and empathetic approach

Must have permanent right to work in Australia
