About the Role

Client Care & Salon Coordination

Be the welcoming face at the front desk, providing warm, professional service

Manage daily appointments, phone and email inquiries, and ensure treatments run smoothly

Maintain immaculate reception and waiting spaces, retail displays, and daily clinic presentation

Prepare new client welcome packs, manage payments and deposits, and oversee daily clinic tasks

Maintain seamless communication across the team and support smooth handovers between shifts

Dermal Therapy Treatments

Perform clinical skin treatments, including facials, skin needling, LED therapy, and more

Deliver thorough consultations and craft tailored treatment plans

Guide clients with home‑care recommendations based on deep knowledge of skin health and ingredients

Maintain exceptional hygiene and treatment room standards

Support the RN Cosmetic Injector with clinical prep, patient care, and in‑clinic flow

Be an integral part of creating beautiful client experiences and supporting their journey towards healthy, radiant skin

Contribute to social media content, client promotions, and marketing initiatives

About You

Qualified Dermal Therapist (Diploma or higher), with 1–2 years’ experience (preferred)

Skilled across treatments and confident in a front‑of‑house role

Warm, nurturing, and genuinely passionate about making others feel their best

Strong knowledge of skincare, treatments, and ingredients, with an ability to educate and recommend with integrity

Organised, proactive, and a natural multi‑tasker who thrives in a structured yet fast‑paced environment

Tech‑comfortable, with experience using booking software

Able to work some late nights and Saturdays when required

Motivated by seeing clients walk out with a glow and a smile
