You're comfortable assisting clinically if needed and happy to wear multiple hats

In this role, you’ll:

Be the friendly first (and last) point of contact for every patient

Own the appointment book—managing reappointments and keeping the schedule full

Answer phones with professionalism and warmth

Coordinate with the clinical team to keep the day running smoothly

Help out with chair-side support or sterilisation on occasion (if you're trained and willing)
