About the role
Goode's Honey Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced Office Administrator and Bookkeeper to join our team in Bairnsdale, Victoria. This is a full-time position and you will be responsible for providing administrative and financial support to ensure the smooth running of our honey production and distribution business.
What you'll be doing
Performing general administrative duties such as data entry, filing, answering phone calls and responding to email inquiries
Managing accounts payable and receivable, including invoicing, payment processing and reconciliation
Maintaining financial records and preparing monthly reports
Processing payroll and superannuation through the STP system.
Supporting the operations team with planning, scheduling and logistics
What we're looking for
Proven experience in office administration and bookkeeping, ideally within a small to medium-sized business
Strong numerical and analytical skills with excellent attention to detail
Proficiency in using MYOB - at least 2 years experience.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask and prioritise workload effectively
Collaborative team player with a positive attitude
