Personal Assistant to Managing Director, Administration and Bookkeeper.
We are seeking a full time OR part time enthusiastic Personal Assistant to Managing Director, Administration and Bookkeeper. This position is primarily responsible for administration and bookkeeping across the Organisation and provides personal assistance support to the Managing Director.

Westfalia Warragul and Future Dairies Gippsland are the market leaders in the milk harvesting industry, specialising in the installation and support of robotic and conventional GEA milking equipment. Servicing the Gippsland region, with businesses located at Yarragon and Maffra, we offer a full range of milking equipment & dairy consumables to dairy farmers. We also sell & support other dairy equipment such as milk cooling and storage tanks, dairy feed systems, and effluent equipment.
Our chain of Rural stores consists of Yarragon Rural Supplies, Poowong Dairy and Hardware and Bunyip Rural Supplies. All of our shops work together consistently, to bring the best customer experience and service possible, stocking a range of useful rural supplies to local communities.

About You

Skills
1. Well-developed skills in communicating and customer service.
2. Strong attention to detail, organisation and administration skills.
3. Bookkeeping skills.
4. Computer skills including Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel, accounts software.
5. Initiative and an ability to work autonomously but also as part of a team.
6. Previous experience with Reckon accounts software is preferred.

Qualifications and license requirements
1. Previous administration and bookkeeping experience.
The following license's are relevant
1. Victorian Drivers License.
