Working closely with the CEO and senior leadership team, you will oversee the full sales and marketing function, winning significant contracts and developing strategic client partnerships. Key Responsibilities:

Prospect for new business and provide exceptional ongoing support to existing clients

Prepare and present tailored Commercial proposals

Manage marketing and digital presence

General Sales

Manage and maintain accurate sales records in our CRM system

Stay informed about product knowledge, industry trends and competitor activities

Attend industry events, trade fairs and conferences as required

Research and update CEO on industry requirements

Skills & Competencies:

Minimum 5 yrs experience in Oil & Gas industry

Previous experience in middle to upper management

Demonstrated leadership, communication and business development skills

Knowledge of oilfield tools, their applications and inspection services

High level of WHS obligations and risk management processes

Analytical mindset and commercially driven thinking

Experience in contract management and commercial proposals

Ability to pass a pre-employment medical including drug and alcohol screening

Have full Australian work rights
