About the role:

The Future Collective – home to leading conscious brands Flora & Fauna and Nourished Life – is looking for a driven and people-focused Warehouse Team Leader to oversee team and support daily operations at our Sydney warehouse.

This is a hands-on leadership role that’s all about energising and guiding a team of ~10 warehouse staff to deliver exceptional performance. You’ll play a central role in driving engagement, managing team coordination, and fostering a culture of care, accuracy, and continuous improvement.

You’ll work closely with our Operations Manager, to ensure warehouse operations run smoothly while helping our team grow and succeed. Strong multitasking, attention to detail, and tech-savvy coordination skills will be essential to thrive in this role. Your leadership will also directly support delivering an outstanding customer experience, by ensuring orders are fulfilled accurately, efficiently, and with care.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead, support, and develop a high-performing warehouse team through daily guidance, coaching, and feedback

Foster a respectful, inclusive, and values-driven team culture that aligns with our purpose

Coordinate and oversee daily warehouse operations including pick, pack, dispatch, and restocking

Allocate tasks efficiently, monitor workflows, and provide hands-on support to keep things running smoothly

Champion health & safety by conducting regular checks, addressing risks, and ensuring team compliance

Troubleshoot operational issues calmly and proactively, focusing on practical, solutions-driven outcomes

Drive continuous improvement by identifying process enhancements and contributing to warehouse innovation

Confidently use warehouse systems (WMS) and digital tools to track orders, stock, and support cross-team coordination

Requirements:

Proven work experience in a warehouse or similar team leadership role

Confident, supportive communicator with a collaborative leadership style

Strong organisational and time-management skills; able to juggle multiple tasks effectively

High level of attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy and safety

Good working knowledge of warehouse systems and digital tools

A hands-on, team-first mindset – ready to roll up your sleeves when needed

Passion for sustainability, wellness, or working with purpose-led brands is a plus
