About the Role
You’ll be responsible for the coordination, scheduling, and management of all warehouse inventory transactions. From handling spare parts and equipment to supporting customer service and dispatch operations, you’ll play a key role in the smooth day-to-day running of our warehouse.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate incoming and outgoing stock, including parts and equipment.
• Assist customers with spare parts inquiries using your understanding of workshop equipment.
• Perform accurate picking, packing, and dispatch processes.
• Organise freight and liaise with suppliers regarding delivery schedules and stock availability.
• Maintain and update ERP systems with inventory movements and adjustments.
• Conduct regular inventory counts and resolve stock discrepancies.
• Maintain a clean, organised warehouse and showroom area.
• Ensure compliance with current Occupational Health & Safety regulations.
• Prepare clear, accurate reports and communicate effectively with internal teams and customers.

Skills & Experience

• 1–2 years of experience in a warehouse or spare parts role.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and ERP systems (including pivot tables).
• Excellent organisational skills with high attention to detail.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• A customer-focused mindset with a problem-solving attitude.
• Forklift and valid driver’s licenses (essential).
